Initially, I wasn't sure how much blood I wanted to include, so I colored some parts separately and then pasted them together to see which I liked best. asked me to show my other idea, so I just finished it and here it is. I have another almost bloodless version that I won't be posting, and early on I had the idea to add more, but didn't want to overdo it, so I don't have a version for that idea.
