My favorite pony when I was little. I still love her and her unique colors and gemstone eyes...and Hasbro says little girls don't like green ponies...HA! Fizzy's one of the most popular G1s.
I've also always loved the animation of the original MLP TV special Rescue from Midnight Castle (or Firefly's Adventure) and wanted to see my favorite ponies from later in the series drawn in this style.

I like the other G1 animation style too; that was done by Toei Animation, which was also working on Saint Seiya at the time of G1.
